“If he likes you, you’ll know. If he doesn’t, you’ll be confused.” Is this true men?

This is going off the post I saw earlier in here about men approaching women.

I always hear women say that you’ll know if a man wants something more with you, in regards to someone you already know rather than someone approaching you for the first time. Is this true?

I feel like there’s so many other factors that come into play in these situations. Like the timing may be bad for a relationship, they’re scared of rejection but they really like you... thoughts?
