So, I've finally decided to make the change. I'm 21 years old, never had a girlfriend, have had sex literally once and it was over two years ago, and my mind tends to go blank when talking to attractive women. I've known for a while now that the only way I am going to overcome this is to go out and talk to as many women as I can until I build up confidence in myself. Despite knowing this, I have never acted on this knowledge. My fear of rejection, embarrassment, etc. has inhibited my desire to go out n improve myself.
So after jerking off for the 1 billionth time last night, I finally said enough is enough. I'm home from school for winter break for the next 10 days, and I am going to try and talk to at least one girl every day tomorrow. Any advice from all you dating experts on how to get started? What my approach should be? Good conversation starters? I know feeling nervous will be inevitable, but what are some ways to reduce anxiety and feel more confident in my approach? Or is it a matter of just going out and doing it and allowing myself to figure it out on my own?
Any and all help is appreciated!
