First date felt way too much like a business meeting

Just had a date with a girl and it went pretty well imo, no awkward pauses, made her laugh, and talked about a lot of topics. However it just felt too business like. We had a coffee date that started with her sitting at the cafe with a drink already and it ended with her staying because she needed to get some work done. Our conversation did not really feel like an interview and we had a pretty good chemistry but it still felt kinda forced.

Usually my first dates will at least go over what we are looking for, or why we are on tinder/bumble (which this one came from) and delve into something more interesting but this date kinda merely covered our interests. Our conversation leading up to the date was pretty mild than what I'm used to as well, we just covered where we were from and after I thought it wasn't going anywhere I asked if she wanted to get coffee sometime.

When I say it feels too business like I think I mean it felt like a textbook example of a date. From my experience I really hit it off with someone right away (which leads to a hookup or a month long thing), or I don't. And when I do hit it off we usually end up texting ALOT, immediately after the date and in between til the next. I had fun and want to see this person again but now I have no idea what to do...
