It just hit me. I don’t think I’ve ever celebrated this day. I have never talked to or been in a relationship with someone around this time of year. Now, I’m in an awkward position where I am talking to someone, but we’re moving so slow and the expectations are so low. Is the guy expected to plan this day? Shit, am I supposed to get him a gift? I don’t know if I even want to celebrate it with him. It feels too soon?
