Hi everyone, I'm new to reddit so I apologize for any mistakes I make. But I need advice on the talking stage I (21F) am in with a guy (24). We matched on bumble about a month ago and have been talking every day since then. Last week, he drove all the way from his home to where I live (about 2 hours away) and we went on a 6ft apart walk for a few hours. But ever since then, and maybe even a little bit before, I feel like he has pulled back (i.e. not as into conversation, taking longer to respond, responses seem shorter,etc.). At the end of our "date", he mentioned he wanted me to come up to his city which I, of course, want to after quarantine is over (I still live with my parents and am not allowed to go outside my little suburb). He also said he had a really great time. I just don't know if the reason he is pulling back is maybe he has found someone else or more convenient talk to? Maybe he is worried that if we continue to talk every day that it'll lead to burn out? Or maybe he doesn't know how he's feeling or if I'm worth the distance. I guess what I am asking is, how the heck do I go about approaching this with someone I am still in the talking stage with and who doesn't really owe me anything? I'm also inherently an overthinker and have anxiety about these sort of things, so I'm not sure if that's the case here as well.
