I'm 28 and haven't talked to girls in a long time. Ive been rejected numerous times or have approached girls who are super attractive and they just want nothing to do with me it feels like. They keep their answers short with me, they don't really look at me when they talk or they will always be in a hurry to finish our conversation. I've lost the confidence to talk to girls and Idk how to get it back. I used to have fun talking to people and stuff but now I feel like I have less people to talk to.
I'm in the Navy and live in a military town ; so whenever I try to go out I always get intimidated by very pretty women. The first thing that comes to mind is that they've probably been hit on by several guys in the military, I see a ring on their finger, or they are too attractive.
Being rejected so many times has really hurt my ego and Idk if I'll ever be able to get any confidence.
