hello people! i need opinions! so i(m16) hung out with my crush(f15) for the first time last night. we have been texting each other very frequently for a while now, & it's been great except i wasn't sure that she liked me or not. there were some little things that kinda made it seem like she wanted to just be friends w me (as in her calling me her friend a lot), but we also flirt a ton & call each other cute & i try to drop hints that i like her every once in a while, & she very often flirts with me about sneaking out & coming over at like 2am & getting high with me & stuff like that, i could get deeper into that but i'll try to get to the point.
anyway, she came over to my house last night finally, & she kept saying the shit that she's texted me before like "i'm so glad we're friends dude!", "i'm so excited about this i love new friendships!" but the thing is with the way she says this stuff, it's pretty obvious that it's just something she says & not anything she puts a lot of thought into. i mean we do have to be friends before we date, it's not like she's lying, like we are friends currently lol. but still it's kinda weird. anyways it was kinda awkward at first but it was still fun, then she told me this story about how there was this guy she knew that she really just wanted to be friends with & they had a good friendship then he told her he liked her & she didn't like him back & he stopped hanging out with her which weirded her out. this at first seemed like a giant red flag for me & i was super worried abt it, but i was like whatever & tried to just make the most of our time together. so we went to the beach & watched the sunset which was nice, then we went back to my house & smoked, & once we were high everything became way better & all the awkward kinda went away. we burned incense & had nice music playing & we just sat on this little couch & faced each other & just talked for a while. thats when it felt really good, we also almost cuddled too. we were watching yt videos on her phone & then she was like "come here" & we were at like the borderline point of cuddling for like 30 seconds which was really fun & cool
but she kept talking more about boys she knew that shit didn't work out for, as she was earlier with the kid that got friendzoned by her, so she kept telling me stories about her exes & stuff & it was just weird to me. but then at the end, she said "i'm sorry that i'm telling you about all these boys n shit, i probably sound weird, i'm just telling you because i feel like i'm never gonna have any of these same types of problems with you ever" . this kinda explained it & made sense, & it could mean that she likes me, & it at least shows that she is comparing me to like her exes & stuff lol.
but she is also the type of person that just randomly hangs out with boys one on one a lot & doesn't actually like them. it's like super in between with us, idk. she said she wants to hang out with me whenever she can now, & we have made a little cute inside joke plan about how we're gonna live the rest of our lives together, but like it's between that & her saying "wow bro you're such a great friend! 🤩🤩🤩🤩" every 5 minutes so i don't even know what to do. i really hope she is just taking this slowly & being chill about it, last thing i want is a repeat of the situation she told me about. but thank you for reading & lmk what you are thinking about this !!!!!
