So there's this girl [17F] I've [18M] worked with for a couple months, we're decent friends at work, and we chat on messenger a bit, but it's all platonic. I've yet to hang out with her at all outside of work. I want to ask her out, but I'm not sure the best way to do that. Should I ask her out some time at work, or should I message her and ask her out? Should I just suggest we "hang out" to avoid awkwardness assuming rejection, or should I be more clear and ask her out on a "date"? What would be some good first date suggestions assuming she does say yes? I've never asked a girl out before, and never been in a relationship.
