I’m not sure if she’s not interested or that she’s too shy

So basically this girl I seriously like is really hard to tell if she isn’t interested or too shy I asked her to a formal dance I kissed her at the end but like whenever I try to text her I never get a reply but I do talk to her a lot in school so I’m not sure
