Would it be a bad idea to create an dating app that match with people on the personality without the other person seeing what they look like?

I know this probably doesn't fit here but I've had a really hard time meeting people I think creating something like this might help me and other people find friends or even developed mean for relationships I just wanted to ask if this was a good idea or not and if I should pursue it or just give up
