So there's about 6 months of dating history between me and her, so let me just skip to the state of how things are right now.
Essentially I study computer science and she's a college dropout with divorced parents and who constantly reminds me that she will never fully trust anyone, not knowing what's next in her life, what she will do if I leave her, asking for reassurance all the time. The list goes on, but in the end I really like her, a lot and I was hoping to see her situation get better but shes been super negative lately, and isn't willing to meet up anytime soon. She disappears for days saying she needs time for herself, that means putting do not disturb and not answering my texts, and is just super flakey now. I ask myself what are the positives about her and we'll... there's nothing at face value my parents would like to hear about her unfortunately. I've waited over 6 months, but she is still spiraling down hill and as much as I care about her, am I being caught in my own delusion to wait any longer.
This was a text from last night and god knows what she is about to tell me:
i had something bad happen friday before everything and i didn’t tell you and i don’t know if i can tell you and I just it screwed with me
*followed by silence for a whole day
Everyone who I've ever asked about advice has told me to leave asap. Why can't I leave, it's not that I'm afraid of being alone, but she wasn't like this before. I come here because she has a bad reputation back home and I need a face value answer of what I should do. How can we have a future if she doesn't even have hope for her own future...
