I get upset anytime there is even a small hint that my crush doesn't like me

I get upset anytime time my crush does something where it may seem like he doesn't like me. For example, maybe he leaves a text conversation hanging or he doesn't look so excited to see me. There could be lots of evidence that he does like me, it's just even a small hint that he doesn't causes me to be really upset.

Any tips on how I can stop this? How I can remain chill and not freak out at the smallest slight? Thanks!
