I’m a [26M] and I’ve been talking to a [22F] for two weeks that I matched with on a dating app. We have been texting all day everyday, but have yet to meet. I asked about hanging out and she agreed. Then says she couldn’t when I asked to make concrete plans. Do I wait for her to initiate a hang out?
