I have a 4th date tomorrow w a woman. We had 3 dates where we took a walk w masks on. No touching. I invited her for dinner. She agreed. We talked a few times during the week about what I would cook etc. She texts me today and asked me to get a Covid test before she comes over and she will too. I said ok fine. When I looked into getting one I learned it’s hard to find a place that doesn’t have a huge wait for a test with immediate results and I don’t want to spend a good part of my day waiting for a Covid test.
I planned and bought food and was excited for her to come over. I said why didn’t you ask me sooner. She said I was scared I didn’t feel confident enough. I was going to say but you weren’t scared to ask me the day before??
Anyways my inclination here is to be annoyed and move on but I also understand why she wants me to get a test. I just wish she asked me earlier in the week!
