How would you want the difficult conversation to start? Mainly based on relationships. Not trying to surprise attack a guy or seem like there’s hidden motive, just want some genuine answers or thought given
I (33/F) don’t want to get too into the nitty gritty because I’m hoping to get some general feedback/advice. I know everyone is different, but I am so anxious about broaching relationship topics with whomever I’m dating because I get the impression they’re quick to assume I’m trying to “tie them down” or break up. I don’t have hidden motive, I’m just over here letting my mind wander because I’m too worried about that style of reaction to ask and ruin what I have.
I know everyone is different, but I had a friend tell me earlier this year that I sprung something on my now ex that I shouldn’t have. Which caused him to be my now ex. I asked if he was happy with me. I thought starting broad would help but apparently not.
Anyway, how would you like a partner to begin a serious conversation given a choice?
Thanksssss :)
