what does it mean if a guy is having a hard time with intimacy?

so i’ve been seeing this guy and things have been going well. but every time things start to get more intense/ intimate he tells me he can’t get h*rd. we’ve done it once but i don’t know if he finds me unattractive or something? he keeps wanting to go out
