Is she actually this busy or am I being bread-crumbed?

I [33M] went on a first date with a girl [27F] I’m quite attracted to last week. The date went well but it wasn't fireworks or anything. I felt really comfortable around her and the conversation never dried up or got awkward.

She mentioned moving this past weekend and said she’d love to meet up again this week. I texted her after the date and told her I had a great time and that I would text her later to set something up.

No acknowledgement or response. Already a bad sign in most cases.

I waited several days before asking her out again (gave a specific date idea and two possible days). Again, no response.

At this point, I chalked it up to being ghosted and decided to move on.

She then texts me today (completely unexpected) and apologizes for the lack of communication and said that the move has been chaotic. She then says that she’s busy this week but maybe next week would be good?

At this point, I’m not sure what to think or do. I don’t want to go down the rabbit hole of possible reasons why she’s been so avoidant - but should I give this another go? Or is she breadcrumbing me?
