Second date ideas? And how do I get to know her better?

23M here, without much dating experience. It's 2 weeks now since we went out first, and we both are home for the holidays for a month so there's no way we would be able to go out before the first week of February.

Our first was dinner at a restaurant, which was on me as I insisted on paying so she said that the next one's on her then. She isn't much into outdoor activities, or watching movies, though she likes travelling but we both attend grad school and work part time so she'd have a busy schedule and so I wanted some advice on what are some good ideas for a second date.

I planned the first one so maybe I'd ask her this time around if she has anything on mind, but just in case if she asks me for my opinion. All of the planning kind of scares me but I just want to make sure we both have a great time. We're still getting to know each other better, and aren't talking much now because she's home and I don't want to bother her too much. Also, she isn't too active on social media and into texting anyway as far as I know.

She's cute, fun and I like her but I don't know if she feels the same so I don't want to stress it too much - I plan on taking her out 3 to 4 times and watch her signals as to determine if we're going anywhere.

I've read a lot of posts where most people say that I wouldn't know until I tell her directly how I feel but I don't want to ruin this. I don't want to act needy - but at the same time I also do not wish to just sit and wait for things to happen. That balance is hard but I just want someone at this point who I'd really click with, and I don't know that yet so far. She always talks to me nicely when we do about whatever we do but that's that - she doesn't ask me a lot of questions about me, but again we haven't met in person much (it's 3 semesters we've been in the same grad school but we have had only 1 class in common) so I don't really know - but I wish to know her better because we have things in common (based on what I asked her).
