So last week I went out on a date with this guy. He was really nice and a perfect gentleman and by far the most mature guy I’ve ever gone out with. I wasn’t sure if I 100% liked him, but I had enough fun on the date to consider a second one.
One thing leading up to the date that I noticed is that he isn’t a big texter. So we set up the date and he didn’t text me until the day of to say he was on his way to pick me up. Fair enough, cause you don’t wanna blow through all your conversation topics over text.
The day after our date, I sent him a message thanking him again (cause he paid). He basically said my pleasure, btw I’m gonna have a super busy weekend so text me next week (this week) if you wanna do something. So I told him to have a good weekend and left it. I decided a second date wouldn’t hurt, so texted him Wednesday to let him know I was down...and he hasn’t answered me.
Now this might sound stupid or vain or whatever, but I am a very good first date and have never not gotten a second date if I wanted one. So I’m kind of wondering what the deal is...imo he seemed interested in a second date? Why bother bringing it up if not? I find it hard to believe that he hasn’t seen my text. Am I being ghosted?? He doesn’t seem like the type to play stupid games like that, but idk. Lemme know hahah
