We talked over the weekend and I asked if he was doing anything next week when school let out early. He said he was probably eating lunch with his friends but he doesn't know yet.
What does this mean?? He didn't end it with a "Why did you ask?"
Is it wrong of me to assume he should know that I'm trying to ask him out? Or is he waiting for me to propose something? I can't tell if he's trying to subtly tell me to back off; that whatever I have planned, he isn't interested.
I'm beginning to see the downfall of taking the initiative because now the pressure is all on me to organize dates and stuff. I just have so much self-doubt right now, is he not interested in me but doesn't know how to tell me? What if he thought I just wanted to be friends? What if he just wants to be friends?
I feel like I was pretty clear that I wanted a relationship with him. Am I making mountains out of molehills? What should I say?
