So recently I’ve been casually dating someone who is 22F and I’m 23F, we’ve been on a couple dates and they were all really great. We talk everyday. We recently went out last Sunday and it was normal, she ended up catching a cold and started acting a little different. And recently she’s just been a little mean with her remarks through text and seems uninterested.
Today we had plans to go out, but it didn’t seem like she was interested and everything didn’t seem confirmed, nor were exact places were picked - it was vague “this area has great place to eat”. She finished work at 5 and I ended up napping, because I assumed that we weren’t going. And she assumed were were. In the beginning I asked her if she was still down to go and all she said was “up to you” not a yes or no, so I took this as she wasn’t really interested. This has been going on for quite a bit, she’s not straight up at all and when I ask her about if she likes me and if it’s mutual it seems like she shifts the topic. One day she really likes me and the next she’s very cold. I’m at a lost because I am developing feelings for her but I really don’t know what to do.
She’s told me she was too nice so she wouldn’t say it to someone’s face that things weren’t working out she usually gives subtle hints until the other person ends it.
Any advice is welcome? Should I just let go?
