Hello! I'm new to this sub. I'm actually going through a very recent breakup, so not ready to get back into dating quite yet, but I have an issue I'm worried about.
I currently live in a metropolitan area, but I want to buy a house/townhome and it would be too expensive to find something decent in a good area in the city. My family all live in a nearby suburb (20 mins or so) and I would love to live closer to them anyway, so I'm thinking about buying something there.
What I'm worried about is that there will be fewer single guys around (I'm 29) and I'd end up traveling to the city to go on dates anyway. Does anyone have any experience or stories of this working out? Any thoughts/advice? Thanks!
