I 22F like this guy 25, who works at a gas station near me, I also work in the same franchise as him but not the same store, he sometimes calls into the store I work at and we end up having a great chat about general things. He is always very friendly and funny, sometimes I run into him outside of work on the street and he seems to want to talk to me but only ever for a few minutes about general things. He seems to be exceptionally friendly to me compared to all my other colleagues when he calls into the store I work at. He seems to make a big effort to talk to me whenever I see him but I dont know if he is just being friendly or if he likes me. I would love him to ask me out, but I'm not sure how, or if he even likes me, i might be reading too much into it any advice?
