I'm not going to approach or anything, generally I have a rule against approaching at areas like the Gym for example. The reasons for someone looking at you or any other points of "interest" can be honestly literally anything.
So I sort of "tested" my theory. I was doing dumbbell exercises, she was looking at me a lot. I caught her looking once or twice, whatever, guys do the same. They want the chair. She just keeps staring though, at this point I think there's something wrong with me, I check my form, I can't be this bad. I finish up my sets, clean up equipment and decide to go to the other side of the gym to work on my back. She doesn't use the chair that I was using. So she wasn't just waiting for the chair.
She ends up coincidentally going to the other side of the gym too, doing another exercise. Could just be up to chance though. Anyways, I focus down my sets and I need to get going. So I do end up leaving. Although, I think she will hit-up the gym at the same time again.
Again, I'm really uncomfortable approaching people in areas like this. Not because im nervous, but more or less I don't want to bother anyone. Plus I don't want to make my workout area awkward going forward. I don't approach in areas like this just out of respect for others.
Am I in my head too much? What's going on here.
