F(29) won't speak to me after a stupid joke M(33)

We went on 2 dates and it was pretty good. We were having a good time, laughing and talking about our future.

After the 2nd date we talk over the phone and I suggest we see each other again in a few days as her friends are coming over the following weekend.

She says shes busy and can't meet till next week.

After the weekend I connect with her again and now her mom's coming over to stay with her for the next 2 weeks! I again ask her for a date during the week and she tells me she'll let me know.

Then we are talking on messages and I make a crude joke if her mom was single. This girl is super reserved, shy and serious so I was just clowning around to open her up. Meant nothing by it.

She calls me out on the joke and I apologize but she never responds.

Fast forward 3 days later we are talking on the phone everything seems normal. And I again make light of the joke I made last time. She basically goes silent and tells me she's gotta go. She gets offended again!

Now I think it's over at this point. I say my goodbyes on the call and she says she was just going to the bathroom!

Now I'm pretty frustrated and mad. I text her it's over in impulsivity and she says it is.

Next day I wake up and feel I overeacted. I send her 2 texts to talk and she never responds.

I send a final text saying I was sorry about the joke and that I won't contact her again. She never responds to that text either.

Thoughts anything I can do at this point? I don't know if it was the stupid joke that imploded it or it just became a convenient excuse to break things off.
