Hey. Kind of embarrassing that i’m turning to Reddit for advice but I need a place where I can share how I feel because I don’t know who else to go to. (I’m 14 btw) (Also back info, we live in a different state so i barely see the girl i like)
I’ve liked this one girl who is my age for almost a year now. She happens to be my sisters best friend and co-worker. I told her I liked her over snapchat in April, and she said she really liked me as a friend but wasn’t interested in anybody at the moment.
Fast forward to maybe a month ago, we know each other so much more now, and kind of hinted to my sister that she had feelings for me but not really. Apparently she was watching a video of me and then turned to my sister and said “Do you ever just fall for somebody that used to like you. And then it turns out they don’t even like you anymore.” My sister said that she is 100% she was talking about me that night.
During that time we snapped so much and it almost felt like sparks flew a little. (Ikr snap is soooooo romantic. 😂🙄) Anyways things kinda fell off a bit until I saw on her snap story a video of her laying on this one boys shoulder. It irritated me a little but I tried not to think too much of it.
Now that I am back i the state she is visiting for a week, her, myself, and my sister all had a sleepover where she talked about the one boy on her snap and how they were flirting and it made me feel like I got punched in the stomach. But after that we talked and i kinda hinted that she shouldn’t date him and she knew kind of what i was hinting.
I don’t know if I should tell her how i feel in the hopes that she feels the same and we have our first kiss together. But what if, she doesn’t feel the same and it make things awkward between us, and her and my sister.
