Should I tell him that I have feelings for him?

Hi, I'll try to keep it short.

I met someone a couple of months ago and I really like him. He's actually the first man I've ever liked but I'm not sure what he is into (I'm M bi). He is doing his semester abroad here but he'll go back to Japan in about one month. So far he has given me some mixed signals and I think sometimes I may be mixing politeness with interest in me. Should I just tell him that I have some feelings for him as soon as I can?

I have some friends here and they don't know anything yet so I'm using my throwaway account. I'll check this again tomorrow so if you comment thanks in advance!
