Planned a picnic date on a beach, and was ghosted and left on" read"

Super awesome... Even confirmed the date last night.

Made a charcuterie board, made fresh avocado spread for toast, fresh fruit, chocolate, and suggested she bring her dog.

Is this too forward, or something else? Not sure if it's a weird date idea, I was assuming it was thoughtful & showed I cared.

Regardless, I wasn't going to miss a beautiful day, and had a picnic by myself instead.
