I seriously don’t know how else to meet women besides at a bar (I don’t drink)

I hate that I feel like there are literally 0 other options on how to meet women besides at a bar (I don’t drink so I don’t go to bars much). I’m frustrated that we live in a society where its not normal to just approach a woman you see out in public you find attractive at any given time, in an appropriate manner of course - I feel like this is off the table now days.
