Guy asked for my number yesterday at work. He was cute and respectful so i said yes even though I usually rebuff those kind of advances at work. Said he would call me after his shift. We called and talked, towards the end of the conversation he said he knows it's early but he knows that we go well/perfect for each other. Said this only after a 20 minute conversation, but not necessarily a bad sign. Did take note bc that is a strong thing to say so soon. Just brushed it off and said first impressions are going well. Hung up and went about my day.
Calls me later to figure out the date. I'm busy so i miss the call. End up texting him about what we will do. Then he texts me goodnight. I went to bed at 8 so i didn't see it lol. Wake up this morning and respond to him, said good morning.
Later today he texts to ask how work was. Calls 10 minutes later. Texts me again to see if i need a ride home bc it's raining. Sweet to think of me, but also a lot bc i was in class and he is sorta blowing up my phone. I'm call and text aversive in the first place so i feel like I'm just not comfortable with the amount of communication, but also i don't really know this man well so it's coming off strong. We have a date on the weekend and i was excited but now I'm getting a little uncomfortable. How can I communicate with him that I don't like the constant contact?
I'm pretty sure it's just me, especially since I'm very out of my depth here, but wanted to ask anyway. this isn't much to go off of, the date will probably give me more clarity, but i tend to blow things out of proportion. Thanks for your comments
