Told me he had feelings. Asked him 2 weeks later if he wanted relationship and he said he's not looking for anything serious, just a CASUAL relationship! Is this a joke?

Am I crazy or did he lead me on? Why on earth would a normal person tell someone they have feelings but ALSO that they don't want anything serious.

Has this happened to anyone?
