I (late 20s F) went on a first date recently with a guy who seems very confident, experienced, and has had a lot of dating opportunities. The date went well, we talked for hours, and he’s expressed interest in seeing me again.
The problem is I find myself feeling intimidated. When a guy has a lot of options, my brain starts assuming he’ll get bored of me or that I’m just “one of many.”
So I’m genuinely curious from a male perspective:
When you’re someone who does have a lot of choices, what actually makes you want to keep seeing one woman specifically?
Is it looks? Personality? Emotional connection? How she makes you feel? Something else?
I’m trying to understand what men actually value in the early stages instead of just projecting my own insecurities.
