I met this cute girl who has a good personality and I feel like she is interested in me as well, but she’s very into gaming, has worked in the industry and does a good amount of online gaming. But the thing is, I have no interest in being a gamer. Now I do have a PC that’s more than capable of gaming, and I have played a number of games through the years, but I might only play a game here or there a few times a year.
I’m a musician with a band and work in tech, love to be outdoors, backpacking, learning a new language, and working with my hands to build projects I find interesting. I can’t really spend time outside of work looking at screens for hours on end.
Does it seem like a good or bad idea to pursue this when we probably would prefer to be doing different things in our free time?
