I’ve noticed this has been happening to me a lot recently where one of the parties will ask to hang out, both mutually agree but then nothing ever comes of it. For example, I asked a guy to hang out and he agreed, I offered 4 potential date ideas and he kinda beats around the bush with his answer. Another example is that this other guy will always ask to hang out but never offer up any specifics as to when/where when I agree. Are they just not interested?
