Met a guy on bumble, we bantered for about 2 weeks and had fun normal texts, face timed once and agreed to meet for dinner. No red flags so far and nothing to be weary of.
Fast forward to tonight: I’m waiting at the bar for him and for our table to be ready (we had a reservation and he was late). He gets to the bar 20 mins late and already drunk, he knocks over my drink by mistake. Then as the waiter brings us to our table, anal beads, condoms, a dildo and a vibrator all spill out of his bag onto the floor.
Everyone is looking at us and I’m so embarrassed. Then he apologises and says he just wanted to have a good time and heard that ‘black girls are adventurous in bed’ (he was polish/white).
After scooping up everything he sits at the table as it nothing is wrong, expecting me to follow him. I pretend to use the bathroom and run out of there quicker than my legs can carry me. I blocked him and unfollowed him too (though I should have reported him but wasn’t thinking).
I’m just so embarrassed and confused. We both were looking for a serious relationship and he seemed so normal and nice at first. Now I’m wondering what red flags I may have missed out on. Just tired of online dating now and wanted to vent really…
