Bad date aftermath

I matched with a girl a couple weeks back on a dating app. After some exchanges on the app we agreed to meet for coffee this past weekend. We met and ended up chatting for three hours at the coffee shop, so it’s safe to say our first date went very well. We exchanged numbers and texted frequently the following days.

We make plans for a second date and decide to play mini golf, thinking it would be a fun yet casual activity. We end up not talking much as we were keeping score and focused on the game. At one point I did receive a phone call from my brother and answered it briefly (I know, huge mistake!!!!!!). Anyway, we finish our game and both go home. Afterwards she tells me she did not have a good time and does not want to continue pursuing this, despite things going so well up to that point. She found it awkward that we did not talk much and that I answered a phone call during our date, which that part I understand.

I’ve apologized profusely about her not having a good time and I want to respect her decision but I can’t help but feel guilty and blame myself for how this unfolded. Is there any way to salvage this? And how do I feel less guilty for how things transpired?

TL:DR First date went well. Second date not so much and I blame myself
