Got stood up today. Feel like I'm losing my confidence with the dating scene. How do y'all keep your spirits up?

Haven't had a real honest date since college. I feel that as time goes I keep losing confidence which affects how my future dates turn out. How do y'all keep the confidence to keep trying? I pretty much want to give up at this point
