IS IT FATE???

Guys, this is my first reddit post but here’s the scoop.

I met a girl at a bistro about 7 months ago, she was a hostess, I was eating there with my friends. I noticed her to be very pretty, so i complemented her and told her. She smiled and blushed, and said “thanks.” That was all that was said, didn’t get her name or anything. Then, 2 months go by and I see the same girl in Panera, but I was too shy and embarrassed to go talk to her but we caught each other’s eyes. Soooo I kept on my way and didn’t think about it till tonight. I say tonight because I saw the SAME girl AGAIN this time in Whole Foods. This time I tried to catch her eye and successfully she remembered who I was! However she was with her family and I couldn’t find a time to respectfully go up and talk to her. But I need advice for if I see her again, which I’m sure I will, how do I make a move? Do I go up and ask her name? What if it’s awkward? What if it’s completely embarrassing? I keep running into her and I’m wondering is it fate? Is this just going to keep happening until I man up and talk to her? What’s the advice guys?
