Would it be better for me 23M to wait until after our final exams are over to tell her 23F I’d like to reconnect and take her out after quarantine is over? Please read

I met her this semester, but of course it got cut short when the virus started and everyone had to go home. She texted me about two weeks after everyone went home for the semester out of the blue to see how I was doing and we carried a lengthy conversation for a couple days and then she checked on me a week or so later after some bad storms came thru to see if I was okay. I feel like she at least has feelings for me. My question is whether or not I should wait until after our exams are over to tell her that I hope we can reconnect in the fall when school starts back or go ahead and do it now. I graduated college this year and she graduates in December, but I’ll still be around so I’d like to reconnect with her and take her out etc. advice?
