Plans to see eachother, How do u know it's forsure happening?

Do you have to connect with them day of to make sure it's still on?

what is the plan was made the night before?

Or do you just show up time and place hopping they will be there?

If u do that ..What of they don't show.... is it your bad for not making sure before?
