Is this a good way to ask her on an official “date” so she knows my intentions? I feel like im self friendzoning. Should I ask her where shes at and what she thinks about a relationship with me?

So me and this girl met on tinder, weve been out 5 times. We kissed on the third and held hands, but this last time i asked her to hang out quickly and we just ate in a dining hall (were young and in college) and we just hugged when we left (no romantic vibe at all.)

Im kinda feel like im friendzoning myself, and want to take her out to a proper date. We havent really defined what we wanted and just hang out together, we dont really have any deep convos.

Would this be ok to send to her on text?

“Heyy! I was wondering if u wanted to go on a date to an escape room close to here and get some food on Wednesday or Friday if you’re down and free!

I just want to make my intentions more known, instead of chalking it to “hanging out, and then try to escalate
