Just cut off contact with a girl I was dating, blocked her. So painful but its the right choice i know deep from the inside. Now i will have to deal with the feelings afterwards. How to deal with this please I dont wanna be sad for weeks.

I know ive made the right choice. Deep from the inside it hurts like hell. She was "in doubt" (probably didnt wanna go further) and i held contact and kept simping because i didnt want to feel the pain afterwards of losing her. 5 min ago I made the choice to cut off contact. Im in a emotional rush atm... any advice?
