I met this women that giving me hints? But confusing

Hello, I’m 29 (M) met a women (26) we had a few drinks, ended up hooking up by the end of the night. Wasn’t expecting.

Fast forward 3 weeks later, we talk here and there on the phone said she is down to go out again.

My problem is, it’s always me reaching out calling or texting. But she always says yes or giving me hints.

If she isn’t reaching out to me at all should I just assume she isn’t interested?
