How should I show my interest in my colleague

Facts: -I'm 30F, he is 30M -We were classmates in high school, did not stay in contact -Been colleagues for two years -Don't work on projects together or in the same building, so there can be weeks or even months where we don't see eachother -We've been flirting the last two company parties

I will see him in a workshop next week.

How should I proceed/show him that I'm interested in him?
