How do you feel about dating a bi person, and would you like to know?

Hi. I'm 16F and I'm bisexual. Currently I'm in a talking stage with this one guy. But the thing is, should I tell him I'm bi? I know for a fact that he's not homophobic, he has multiple gay friends. But I'm not sure how to tell him, or if it's something that I should tell him (it probably is)
