So yesterday I was camping with my family when out of nowhere my cousin says her friend wants to meet me. It caught me off guard and I've never had this happen (I'm a homeschooled 16 year old, so I don't have a lot of experience with girls), so I asked why. My cousin said she thinks I'm funny. I'm going to ask my cousin for her Snapchat tomorrow cause she's really cute. Any advice on what to say without making it awkward? My mom said to just get to know her but I'm just not sure how fast to take things. I'm honestly a genuine guy and I'm looking for a relationship (I've never had a gf before but I'm not really a sexually driven guy, I'm more of a romantic I guess lol) and I'll find out as much as I can if I get her snap. Anyway though, I'm pretty confident and I don't have a whole ton of insecurities, the only thing I'm worried about would be because I'm pretty fat. I'm 6'2" 300 pounds but I don't look obese, just fat. I'm gonna start working out in a few weeks anyway, but do you think since this girl is young and naive my weight will hold her back? I know I'm just rambling at this point but I'm just a little nervous lol, I've never really talked to girls in a flirty way or anything, so any advice is appreciated. I talked to my mom for advice, and I am taking hers into account but she's pretty old fashioned so I'm just looking for more updated advice haha
