If you just go to work and you come home and you have no hobbies/interests, friends and some sort of community you engage with, even if by some miracle a girl comes into your life, she's not gonna make it much better. Even hollywood celebs have plenty of interests and a life outside of their glamorous career.
Why do you think some hollywood actors seem to be multi-talented? Like you see Keanu Reeves and Johnny Depp playing guitar in bands. You see Leonardo doing stuff for environmental causes. Yah I get it. They're good looking and rich but if all they did was work and then come home and shoot heroin, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have wives/girlfriends.
Part of a man's attractiveness to a woman is that he has a life that she wants to be a part of. She could like you physically and on paper you're everything she's looking for, but if your real life actually sucks, she's at most just gonna use you as a FWB type of thing. For any relationship to happen, your life has to be attractive.
I think this is the reason why so many online dates fail. Some people get plenty of online dates cause they have the right look, height and on paper everything looks good but then nothing ever develops out of these dates because inevitably, the girl wants to know what you do, what your passions are, what do you do besides go to work?
Do you travel? Do you like cooking? Do you play sports? Do you play an instrument? Are you involved in charity?
I've seen good looking guys get plenty of dates but they always end up with a girlfriend who is actually not as good looking as some of the girls they've dated. Why? Cause they finally found a girl who can put up with their boring lifestyle. Those attractive girls he got dates with but never got any further than that, they may have been attracted to his good looks, good job, etc. but the truth is, the guy is a fucking bore.
