There is a girl in my same broader team at the office. Our teams don’t work together, but we fall under the same broader team. She is a bit older than me (about 1.5 years). How should I start a conversation with her in a way that feels natural and not forced? I don’t know how or what to start the conversation with, without giving it away or seeming like I’m trying too hard because I have a crush on her.
