Most times that I (23m) manage to get a woman to agree to a date I start to think there must be something about her that I haven't noticed that is the reason behind her lowering herself to going with me. How do I deal with this toxic trait of mine?

I've cancelled dates in the past as a result of this. I know it sounds ridiculous and egotistical.
