I’ve come a long way to get to the point where I am now. I used to have no confidence to even try dating cause I was overweight, and now I’m much thinner and asking girls out. I’m probably average when it comes to looks and am really shy. I’ve never kissed a girl or had a girlfriend.
In spite of being shy, I’ve asked out random girls in school and have actually gotten dates out of it. The only problem is it never seems to get very far. I very recently had things die with this girl I had been taking on dates for the past 3 weeks or so.
I can’t seem to escape the feeling that no matter how hard I try or how much I tell my self I can find someone, that I’m just not meant to find anyone. How have you guys found hope despite not feeling like you’re having success?
